Terms and conditions of „PYTLOUN FAMILY“

General Terms and Conditions
Our news loyalty program „PYTLOUN FAMILY“ was launched on 1st July 2022.
Hotel stays prior to this date are not included in the membership status of level assessment.
However, all members of the previous PYTLOUN HOTELS bonus program will have access to benefits at the same PYTLOUN FAMILY loyalty membership level – “SILVER”. Thi is subject to online registration HERE and no later than 31.10.2022.

Membership registration
Membership in the loyalty program “PYTLOUN FAMILY” begins after the client receives the activation email and agrees to the terms and conditions. He/she successfully activates the membership through the link provided (provided he/she joins the program and accepts the general terms and conditions), or has been granted access to a higher membership level after his/her last stay in a hotel of the PYTLOUN HOTELS chain. PYTLOUN HOTELS will store the data of its members and will use it exclusively and only for legitimate business purposes of PYTLOUN HOTELS. Legal entities, persons under the age of 18 and employees of PYTLOUN HOTELS cannot become members of the “PYTLOUN FAMILY” program.
PYTLOUN HOTELS accepts responsibility for the processing of data entered on the pytloun-hotel.cz online platform. The data provided during the registration process will be retained as long as participation in the program remains valid. PYTLOUN HOTELS data protection guide can be found here. Members of the “PYTLOUN FAMILY” programme can only have one valid loyalty card. Membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred to any other person or company.

Levels and conditions of use

„PYTLOUN FAMILY“ – card BLACK
New or active members without any stay of 1-2 stays in any PYTLOUN HOTELS are eligible to receive a virtual BLACK card. Members at a higher level of membership will be awarded this level unless they qualify to maintain a higher level based on their stays within 2 years.

„PYTLOUN FAMILY“ – card SILVER
New or active members with a number of stays at PYTLOUN HOTELS of 3-9 stays within 2 years of the last stay that brought the member to this level.
Benefits:

10% discount on accommodation price
10% discount on stay packages
10% discount on wellness services
10% discount on F&B services (á la carte food, drinks)
Access to special offers
Regular e-newsletter with news and special offers

„PYTLOUN FAMILY“ – card GOLD
New or active members with a number of stays at PYTLOUN HOTELS between 10 – 19 stays within 2 years of the last stay that brough the member to this level.
Benefits:

15% discount on accommodation price
15% discount on stay packages
15% discount on wellness services
15% discount on F&B services (á la carte food, drinks)
Access to special offers
Regular e-newsletter with news and special offers
A bottle of mineral water on arrival in the room
Early check-in from 12:00 pm (noon, subject to availability)
Late check-out until 2 pm (subject to availability)
Upgrade to a higher room category free of charge (subject to availability

„PYTLOUN FAMILY“ – card DIAMOND
New or active members with a number of stays at PYTLOUN HOTELS of 20 stays or more within 2 years of the last stay that brough the member to this level.
Benefits:

20% discount on accommodation price
20% discount on stay packages
20% discount on wellness services
20% discount on F&B services (á la carte food, drinks)
Access to special offers
Regular e-newsletter with news and special offers
A bottle of mineral water on arrival in the room
Early check-in from 12:00 pm (noon, subject to availability)
Late check-out until 2 pm (subject to availability)
VIP set in the room, as a gift on arrivals
Complimentary upgrade to a suite/highest room type in the hotel (subject to availability)

Virtual card
Please log in HERE to the members area using your active email address to download your card again.
You will be able to download the card as a virtual card image or directly to your Android/Apple e-wallet.

Membership status/level information

If you need further assistance, please contact us at reservations@pytloun-hotels.cz . For privacy reasons, we will not provide any private information other than your registered email.

Reservation
Members of the “PYTLOUN FAMILY” loyalty program will be provided with a special promotional code (listed in the members section) to use during the booking process on the www.pytloun-hotels.cz website or individual hotel websites HERE.
This promotional code will only be applied to bookings made from the hotel o hotel chain´s website and only for online payment on the day of booking. For all other bookings (by email, via the booking system on the hotel website/hotel chain´s website pytloun-hotels.cz with payment at the hotel, the membership level discount will be deducted from the client´s membership only at the hotel upon arrival or departure, or upon payment at the hotel).
Benefits and discounts must be applied immediately upon booking.
Clients are kindly requested to provide their details – first and last name, loyalty card number and promotional code – at the time of booking. Benefits and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
The specific benefits and discounts applied at the time of boking will be subject to the terms of the cardholder´s membership at the time of booking.

Termination of membership
You can cancel your membership in the “PYTLOUN FAMILY” loyalty program at any time by sending an email to reservations@pytloun-hotels.cz .
PYTLOUN HOTELS will terminate the client´s membership in the loyalty program “PYTLOUN FAMILY if:

a) The member violates the terms and conditions of the program
b) In case of misuse in connection with the benefits and discounts of the membership card
c) The member cancels the membership in writing by e-amil to reservations@pytloun-hotels.cz
d) The member does not consent to the processing of his/her data

The benefits of membership in the “PYTLOUN FAMILY” loyalty program cannot be used or transferred to another person or company.

Other conditions
PYTLOUN HOTELS reserves the right to change the points and other term and conditions of the program during the program. The current version is always on pytloun-hotels.cz website. In case of disagreement with the change, the client has the right to terminate the membership.
